Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
